Shipping Charges and Times
We ship USPS. The shopping cart will calculate the total shipping charges based on the order total and destination when checking out. We endeavor to have all orders ship within two weeks, with most orders shipping sooner. Because most of the prints we offer are hand signed by the artist on demand, we cannot guarantee a shipping timeframe. If we know that an artist is temporarily unavailble when we receive an order, we will send an email stating the expected shipping timeframe.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only for deliveries within Maine.
Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@TheFineArtPrintGallery.com stating the nature of damage to the carton and contents so we can process a replacement order.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days and receive replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) pack them in the original tube or box along with a copy of either the packing slip or emailed order receipt. Provide a brief description as to the reason for return and note whether the return is for refund or exchange. Please send to:
